There  are a lot of clothes shop that I visit before. But I like the most go to Zara, It is located in AOEN shopping mall. Because my style is very simple, the shop is very fit with me. I just go shopping twice a month.  I  often come here to buy because of the reasonble price and good materials. They have items such as : jeans, shorts, t-shirt, dress. I like comfort so I choose for a T-shirt and jeans, this is also my favourite outfit. In addtion the service is very nice. The staff are very friendly, they know listen to customer needs and they know how to take care of customers. In short, I like clothes shop Zara very much. 

  I have healthy eating habits. I   always priorities that are high nutrients such as : fruits, vegetable, legums and nuts. It helps me  prevent cancer ,  healthier skin , and  support weight loss .  Besides, I also try to base my meals on higher-fibre starchy foods like : brown rice, brown bread and brown noodle. In addtion to these also include low-fat or fat-free dairy products.   That helps strengthen the immune system, strengthen your health. It is important to limit the inatke of bad fat from fast food as well as added sugars and salt. In short, eat a lof of fruit and vegetable, and higher-fibre meals, increase the addition of low-fat dairy products. 

   Every day, these are my various habitual activities. Firstly, I wake up at 5.00 in the morning and after that, I have breakfast. Then, I usually go swimming with my friends. This helps me to become stronger and taller. Secondly, I go to school by motorbike at 8.00. My class starts at 8:15 and ends at 11:35. My favorite subject is Maths and I enjoy discussing topics related to it. After school, I love planting trees. It makes me feel happy and relaxed. It is also a way for us to protect the environment. Next, I have dinner with my family, this is my favorite time. Because we get to talk after a long day. I feel like I can relax and share all the things that have been on my mind. Finally, I get to bed at 10.00 pm. That’s the end of the day. 

Last summer, I had an unfogettable trip because we had a wonderful time together in Vung Tau beach.  First of all, it took 2 hours for us to fly from Ha Noi to Ho Chi Minh city. After that, we drove to Vung Tau, it is famous for seashores and wonderful sea view. At the first sight, I found exciting with the blue sky and white sand. We spent long hours having a walk on the sand, sunbathing under the sun and taking photos. In addition, one of the most interesting thing I like was fresh and delicous seafood at reasonable price. For example, steamed sea crabs and grilled oysters with fried fatty onion are always the top choice of us so we had incredible food.Furthermore, the local people are really nice. I remembered that on my way to come back the hotel I got lost, the people were warmly hearted to give the direction. Thanks to this I returned the hotel quickly. In g eneral, we had a fantastic vacation although it was not very long
