Lesson 2 : Write a paragraph about eating habits
I have healthy eating habits. I always priorities that are high nutrients such as : fruits, vegetable, legums and nuts. It helps me prevent cancer, healthier skin, and support weight loss. Besides, I also try to base my meals on higher-fibre starchy foods like : brown rice, brown bread and brown noodle. In addtion to these also include low-fat or fat-free dairy products. That helps strengthen the immune system, strengthen your health. It is important to limit the inatke of bad fat from fast food as well as added sugars and salt. In short, eat a lof of fruit and vegetable, and higher-fibre meals, increase the addition of low-fat dairy products.
